At The Charlie Dog Company, we want you and your furry friend to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

● You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

● To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecharliedogcompany.com with your order details.

Refunds

● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

● If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

● Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

● We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@thecharliedogcompany.com with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

● Perishable goods (such as dog treats) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

● Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
